EL3MENDO is a Cuban-American artist whose work rises from the intersection of three cities: Havana, the Bronx, and Miami. Born Luis Bezanilla, he grew up immersed in Afro-Caribbean spirituality, neighborhood resilience, and the constant motion of migration. These experiences shaped a creative identity built on duality — ritual and street, faith and noise, memory and survival.His music carries this tension. EL3MENDO blends cinematic trap production with ancestral percussion, industrial textures, and lyrics that read like chronicles of displacement and transformation. He records in long, solitary night sessions, moving between the rough honesty of home setups and the precision of professional studios. Every layer, every frequency, every breath is deliberate.
